Dr. Hannigan was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended the University of Louisville where he earned both his BA degree in Biology (1998) and DMD (2002). Shortly after graduating from dental school, he opened his own dental office where he practiced general and cosmetic dentistry for six years before merging offices with Dr. Wilson in October 2008.

Dr. Hannigan is committed to clinical excellence and stays current with the countless developments in dentistry. He attends multiple continuing education courses each year. He is a current attendee of the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington where he participates in continuum courses focusing on topics including implants, occlusion, periodontics and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Hannigan's number one goal is to provide quality personalized care with honesty, integrity and an exquisite eye for detail. He believes each patient is an individual with their own particular needs and concerns. While he enjoys performing cosmetic dentistry, he strongly feels that quality general dentistry for the family is the foundation of dental care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Hannigan enjoys spending time with his wife Susan and their two-year-old son, Sam. He has numerous hobbies including fishing, camping, running and target shooting.
