Payment:

Payment is expected at time of service. If you have insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan. For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer several payment options:

• Cash
• Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
• Financing
  • Springstone makes it easy to say YES to treatment with low monthly payments, no money down, and no payment for 6 weeks.
  • CareCredit offers special special financing and low monthly payment options.

Insurance:

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient.

We are not participating providers with any dental insurance companies. If you insurance plan allows you to receive services out of network, we will complete and process your claims to enable you to receive the maximum benefits. You are responsible for all treatment fees not covered by your insurance plan.
